Chiller Plant Manager (CPM)
A chiller plant manager (CPM) is a specialized system designed to manage chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and auxiliary equipment in HVAC systems. It ensures that the plant operates efficiently, reduces energy consumption, and maintains optimal performance by intelligently sequencing equipment based on real-time demand and operational constraints.
Chiller Plant Optimizer (CPO)
Chiller plant optimization involves coordinating all plant components—chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and control systems—to operate at peak efficiency across all load conditions, minimizing total energy consumption rather than focusing solely on individual equipment. Optimized plants can achieve 20–40% energy savings compared to conventional control methods, with well-managed systems reaching 0.5–0.6 kW/ton versus poorly performing plants exceeding 0.8–1.0 kW/ton
AHU (Air Handling Unit)
AHUs are in order to deliver air at the desire temperature, humidity & air quality. Each these three categories may have several control loop which are utilized along or in combination to reach the desired condition.

FCU (Fan Coil Unit)
An FCU (Fan Coil Unit) is a compact HVAC device that uses a fan and a heating/cooling coil to regulate room temperature without ductwork, commonly used in hotels, offices, and residential buildings. It circulates air over a coil containing chilled or hot water or refrigerant to cool or heat the space efficiently.

Staircase Pressurization Control
Multi storey building have staircase that serve routine building access & emergency exits in event of fire.
To provide smoke free evacuation path during a fire the movement of smoke must be controlled using a pressure differential across a door.
The high pressure side of the door is escape route.
Air flow through the gaps around the door prevent smoke entry to the high pressure side.
Pressurized smoke free staircase also provide a rescue area for fire fighting persons.
